Automated Document Drafting
The intake form feeds directly into Estate Engine’s document drafting system. Once a client completes the questionnaire, their answers automatically populate attorney-written estate plan templates — eliminating manual data entry and the first-draft stage of document preparation.
A complete Estate Engine estate plan includes: a revocable living trust, trust certificate, assignment of business interests, last will and testament (for each client), financial power of attorney (for each client), and health care directive (for each client).
Estate Engine provides default templates licensed for use in all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. Attorneys may also connect their own existing templates to the intake system for an additional setup fee. All Estate Engine templates are reviewed and updated annually to maintain compliance with current state law.
